Rates:

Saturday rates range between $1,600 for 100 guests or less to $2,100 for 200 guests. Included in that rate is use of the several rooms for a six hour block of time, plus an extra two hours for set up, includes tables and chairs. On a Friday or Sunday we rent by the hour, starting at $275/hour for 100 guests or less and increasing to $375/hour for up to 200 guests. If you want to rent for six hours we will give you the Saturday rate. For Non-profit events or weeknight rentals, please contact us for rates.

The Ballroom:

Rich interior colors, soft lighting, 14' ceiling, and beautiful maple floors define the spacious ballroom to create a welcoming environment for private events. The ballroom offers ADA accessibility, theatrical lighting, ceiling fans, central heating, and air conditioning.

The Bar / Salon:

Located adjacent to the ballroom, the salon is an intimate room for spirits and quiet conversation. Equipped to offer bar service, this classic room adds style and sophistication to any event.

Cafe Room:

The Cafe room, located beneath the ballroom, offers a striking setting for a more intimate gathering or a private 'kids only' play area. An adjacent room can be set up for serving buffet meals. For weddings, this room is perfect and convenient for rehearsal dinners. Seats 40.

Kitchen:

We provide a small warming kitchen equipped with a commercial convection oven, refridgerator, microwave, and sink.

Bride's Room:

We have a charming bridal changing room with wardrobe, lounging chairs and a large mirror for getting ready.
